Keto Garlic Butter Chicken
🛒 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

3 tbsp butter

5–6 garlic cloves (minced)

1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup chicken broth
-
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
½ tsp paprika
-
Salt and black pepper (to taste)

1 tbsp olive oil
-
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Step-by-Step Cooking Method
🔹 Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

Pat chicken dry with paper towel.

Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Step 2: Sear the Chicken

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add chicken and cook 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown.

Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
Step 3: Make Garlic Butter Sauce

In the same pan, melt butter.
-
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute (don’t burn it).

Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese.

Stir well and simmer until sauce thickens (about 3–5 minutes).
Step 4: Combine & Cook

Put chicken back into the pan.

Spoon sauce over the chicken.

Cover and simmer on low heat for 8–10 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
Step 5: Garnish & Serve

Sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
