Keto Garlic Butter Chicken


🛒 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 5–6 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup chicken broth

  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)





 Step-by-Step Cooking Method

🔹 Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  • Pat chicken dry with paper towel.

  • Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.


 Step 2: Sear the Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  • Add chicken and cook 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown.

  • Remove chicken from pan and set aside.


Step 3: Make Garlic Butter Sauce

  • In the same pan, melt butter.

  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute (don’t burn it).

  • Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.

  • Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese.

  • Stir well and simmer until sauce thickens (about 3–5 minutes).


 Step 4: Combine & Cook

  • Put chicken back into the pan.

  • Spoon sauce over the chicken.

  • Cover and simmer on low heat for 8–10 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.


 Step 5: Garnish & Serve

  • Sprinkle fresh parsley on top.

  • Serve hot.
